(1)Are the tours suitable for vegans, vegetarians or those with food allergies?

Yes, we can accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. We require advance notice in order that we can adapt the tour as needed.

(2) Is the food on your tours safe to eat?

Yes. We have visited and checked the food hygeine practices of all the places we visit on our tours.

(3) Do we need to bring anything special for the tour?

Please ensure you have comfortable clothes and shoes, sunscreen, a hat and mosquito repellant.

(4) Do the tours still take place if it’s raining?

Yes, our tours will continue to operate whether rain or shine. In the event of heavy rain throughout the tour, we have complimentary rain ponchos available, however, please also ensure you wear suitable clothing for the weather.

(5) How far will we walk on the tours?

This depends on the tour selected. The distances are around 1.5km to 2.5km. Please check the description of each tour

(6) Can children join the tours?

We welcome and encourage customers of all ages to join our tours

(7) Are toilet facilities available during the tours?

Yes, Westen style toilet facilities are available at some places on the tour.

(8) Are the tours suitable for wheelchairs users, prams and pushchairs? Or, if a customer wishes to hire a cyclo instead of walking, is this possible?

Yes, we can easily accommodate these users or can organise cyclo drivers. Please notify us in advance.

(9) Can we reserve a private tour for families or groups?

Yes, we can always organise private family or group tours. Our tours can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Please make advance reservations for groups. We will respond to requests within 24 hours. We ask group bookings to please pay a deposit in advance as requested in your confirmation email.

(10) Are the tours available in other languages?

Unfortunately our tours are only available in English.

(11) If during the tour there is a dish we don’t want to try, is it acceptable to refuse?

Yes, it depends on each customer which dishes they wish to eat, however we recommend customers joining our tours try everything on offer in order to experience the tour fully.

(12) How far in advance do I need to register for a tour?

Early bookings are preferred so that we can provide the best possible service and experience for our customers.

(13) After making a reservation, can we change our booking at all?

All tours can be changed to a different day or type of tour. Tours can be cancelled at no charge up to 12 hours before the tour start time. Customers cancelling tours from 12 hours before the tour starts will be charged 20 % of the tour fee.

We will close for one week during Tet, please check our website for dates as these vary each year.

For promotional tours, the day or tour type cannot be changed

(14) Will our personal information be shared with other companies?

No, we guarantee to not share any customer information.
